I just want to remind our players that our Donor account has an awful lot of useful stuff available. We may not always have what you are looking for, but it never hurts to ask. In particular our RelicGirl character is stuffed full with the new good and bad karma Strength, Dexterity and Constitution relics. These things drop like rain on the Tibet map and I've been handing them in regularly.

If you're just starting out the RC relics can make a big difference and the combination of RC and FD level relics is a really good way to make up for the penalty statistic. For Healers that is Constitution and that's why I've been saving them. A hybrid can also use a few of those when they start to run the Golden Coins Mansion. With the hybrid constitution self-buff few hybrid players ever add to that stat, making GCM a death sentence.

We don't have a many manuals on our ManualMan character these days, just a few Heavenly Demon 10x2 manuals. Let me know if you would like them. What we do have there are a lot of skill books for each of the 3 clans, but of course we don't have the most expensive books like the fast heal skills, or the nuker shield books. Still, it never hurts to ask and if you put together a list of what you're looking for I'll be happy to go through bags for you.

Our Donor character has a few elixirs of just about every levels except level 3, again just ask and I'll see what I've got. There are some clothing items there, including some good items for FD12 characters, in particular VE hats and a few of those interesting dodge hats too.

The best time to get stuff from me is an hour or so before the weekly experience events starts. I'm usually online at that time, and have to time to look for stuff. Please don't ask during events, because just like everyone else I'm busy grinding!

So, what items do you need?

Its time to donate some books from our donor, so ask in league if you need any of them. RedCross and goodgrrrl donated some BOT and HD books and anyone who really needs them can have them for free. There was already some books on ManualMan, but we brought twice more. Some disconnecters already took best from the top.

A few of our higher level Sacred Flowers players have decided to work hard on recruiting new players to the league, and I can only cheer them on. The SF clan is one of the smallest clans because most of the players in this game are male. Even in the SF clan, it's something like 2/3rds men playing female characters. The guys do that because everything is cheaper for the Sacred Flowers, from clothes to books, to manuals and more. On the down side, good weapons for Sacred Flowers are harder to find than for the other bands.

So Pinky-Lu, and Iminda and AraiYuzuki have started a Donor account of their own, to help them attract new players to the league. I've given them permission to take all the useful SF skill manuals from ManualMan, all the SF type clothes from Donor, and any useful weapons we may have stored at the Courier. That should get them off to a good start.

If anyone wants to donate SF material you can contact any of those three or Xena, if you see her. If necessary I can open that account too, to take donations, but as it is their project I would like them to handle things if they can. Let's see some donations!

In other league news, we ran the Wild Tower last night with a small party and finally completed the bloody thing. We had 2 GL level warriors and 2 CS level healer/hyb types that did most of the work, and a small number of lower levels came along for the ride. Shinigami-UK can now tell you why we don't often offer a run in the Wild Tower. We should have gotten a few screen shots of Shini, on his knees!

That place is deadly to lower level characters, and it's hard to finish even for high level players. I don't know of anyone who has ever solo'ed it to the finish. What are you guys doing for fun?

Our white side league had to do this a few weeks ago, so I guess it's our turn now. We had an inactive Heavenly Demon band for quite a while, and I must admit I've been hoping that band master would show up and get active again. The other HD band is now absolutely full, so it's time to reform this league again.

The original Disconnected band is still in the lead and is fairly healthy, but it's obvious I have some recruiting work to do. Most of the people I have invited lately have been invited to Gehrk's CounterAmbush band, and that band is doing well. Xenawarior is back with her IRENIA band, so we have an active Sacred Flowers band, and Jiang is doing a yeoman's job with Immortal_Fists.

Our newest band is a second Heavenly Demon band by the name of Demon_Legion, led by Tarton. He's a young man and his best character is not one of our high level players, but he's interested in the challenge and so far he's done some great work. That band now has 14 or 15 players, and that is just in 2 days. The rest of us could take lessons from Tarton when it comes to recruiting new players!

It's never fun to have to rebuild the league, it always takes longer than planned. Welcome our new members please, and they really are new players, not just new members. If any others have HD material they can donate it will all be appreciated. In particular we need the advanced tomes for Heavenly Demon Meditation, Steps, and Lightfoot.

Go, Tarton Go! And yes we'll get that CoF run done soon. Set a good example for your band, and get those levels done quickly. We'll be happy to take you to CoF when you reach the right level.

We had some great events this weekend, and congratulations to all who leveled up, or got some skills trained. Double XP all day Saturday was a marathon, but I got CS10 on Friday night with my SpearDriver character, and then I used the gamer glue from my birthday to get CS11 on Saturday. It's been a long time since I was able to get 1 level in one day on that character. I even leveled the VE shield on my nuker to c8, making him just about unkillable in PvE.

Our own league events today went fairly well, but I'm a little disappointed by the turnout for our Karma Event. Four or five white clan members showed up, but only that number came from the black clans, and we're a much larger league. With a little more participation we can make that a weekly event, 2 hours before the Sunday XP event. If you work at it you can get an interesting Karma title in a fairly short time. Please let me know in the comments if you would like to continue this event.

The bag dump from Hoppelhase was a big success, and everyone who showed up got some nice stuff. He gave directly to me quite a bit more and I have already dropped a lot of white clan skill books on ManualGirl. I have more to give, and I'll drop those on DonorGirl2 tomorrow. I have a lot of books for black clans too, but our ManualMan character is full. People, if you need a C11 or C12 skill book, please speak up. There is a list of the most useful skill books right here.

As you know, a few us meet in the #9dragons IRC channel regularly, where we get to chat with the VGM's and sometimes a GM or two will stop by. Even BluFlash makes it a habit to check in and see what's going on. He's actually a fairly nice guy if you just stay polite with him. If you do that, you might hear a whole bunch of stuff from the staff.

The latest rumors are that we are getting an Independence Day Event. That's this Saturday, the 4th of July. It's not confirmed but a couple of the staff have said that a good discount at the coin mall is highly likely, and that we're probably going to get a nice XP event as well. A whole day event with 2x for experience and 4x for skills is possible too. That would be really nice considering what we've been getting from Lucky Cricket lately, and we have a lot of manuals available if you need a few.

Other rumors include news on the Jade Separator from the coin mall. It's not released yet, but should be released "soon". "Really Soon", said one of the VGM's. This item will not add a slot to a blank weapon. It will "double the number of slots to a maximum of 4". So if you've got a one-slot weapon, you'll get a two-slot weapon. If you have a two-slot weapon, you'll get a four-slot weapon. A Hermit three-slot weapon can only be improved to a four-slot weapon, because that is the maximum.

As of right now that Jade Separator cannot be used on refined weapons, and again, rumor says that GM Acid is trying to get that changed. This might be why the Jade Separator has not been released yet. Nobody has mentioned what these are likely to cost, but I wouldn't count on them being cheap.

And for our last piece of news, we're going to try to do our own league event on Sunday the 5th of July. I would like to arrange a Karma Event for our members on both sides. Lowby characters often have a hard time to get good or bad karma because it's often hard to find people to trade with. If we all meet at the event stage at 1400 GMT (2 hours before the normal XP event...), we can try to match people up and off you go to BP to trade some karma. I'll be there with masks if people need them, and we'll try to bring the two donor characters as well. Maybe we can give away a few items from there as well.

If anyone has an idea for an event please let us know, and if there is anything in particular you need, like an elixir or two or a better weapon, don't be afraid to ask. We might not have what you need, but it never hurts to ask.

Hey all. This post mainly affects the white DCed HL, but as you may well know half term is coming up so i have one week off. I expected to grind for one week but decided to take some time off instead. If you need any help ask other players in league or try the IRC. Some may know me as Bardonian, PlayerSlayer or Anbu (healer, warrior, nuker) or even [___[_]___]. Either way i hope you all have a good time, good game and good luck on the LC event today.

We have a lot of manuals/relics/elixirs stored on our Donor account, and I mean, A LOT. This league is almost embarrasingly rich with useful items, and the fact that there so many manuals available tells me that a lot of people are slacking off when it comes to training skills.

Also, we still have a bunch of these mini-def trinks to give away. When you get to GB1, let us know because you'll get that prize. That league event is open to white clan players too, so don't be shy.

In my travels and dungeon runs I've collected a few items that I really don't need, and sometimes they're hard to sell. This stuff is not crud, these are actually quite useful items if you happen to be at the level where you can use them. I'm not the only one who has extra items, and that is why we have the Donor account for all league members.

RedCross and I just donated 5 "ornamental silver belts". These are mini-def trinks and you can first equip them at Golden Blossoms 1. These mini-def trinks offer 60 points of defense and I think an extra 1% of HP. They're a useful item at GB1, and they usually sell for about 250k. They used to sell for an awful lot more than 250k.

So here is the deal. The next 5 league members to make it to GB1 get a mini-def trink from me, or from RedCross. The trinks are stored on the Donor account and the bandmasters have access, along with a few of the higher level adult players.

I thought everyone knew this, but I guess not because I was asked in League chat last night. Most of the active skills don't progress past c10 0% at the moment, which is a damn shame because I've got the c11 books for a few of them.

The GM's at Acclaim know about the situation, and once in a while I ask in the IRC channel if anyone knows if there has been any progress. Nobody ever seems to know what is happening, and I just guess that it is a fairly low priority problem at the moment.

In my opinion it is not worth to buy those books at this time, but if you do get a drop, hang on to it. Also, there are a few of these on the donor account. Don't be afraid to ask for something in particular if you see one of us announce that we're going to open that one up. There are also a ton of relics for all levels, and manuals for SF and HD, including a few advanced manuals for SF. I don't think there is even one BoT manual. If anyone is running through that dungeon, and you get a book you don't need please consider dropping at that Donor account.
