How a selling Dragon Scales work.
If you wish to purchase a Dragon Scale you need to find a seller, hopefully this is someone you know and trust. Dragon Scales are worth about 50kk each on Bardo.
Basically since these scales aren't tradeable you will need to hand your weapon over to them to apply for you, and you are to pay after the scale is applied.

Simple as that, unfortunately this is not always the case, over and over again we hear about people who "Sell" scales.

Instead of applying the scale and trading the weapon back they will take the weapon and keep it. These accounts will become blocked as soon as Acclaim gets word of the situation.

N.B. Not all high levels can be trusted, some accounts may be hacked and be using the player's character to get at your goods.
