I found a post on the forums and these are impressive, but only top players will be able to get them. I really mean, "only the top players". I can't get these bosses yet. Apparently as early (yes, I'm joking...) as Projected Soul 10 you'll get a series of quests to kill each of Princess Gaga's body guard, Princess Gaga, her brother, and then her father the King. Here is what you get for each level...

From the Body Guard
1. Terror of Foreign Forces - phy/chi def 250, speed 7%, dmg +200, critical rate 700/10000,
chi att rating 7%

Princess Gaga
2. Slayer of Falling Flower - phy/chi def 300, speed 8%, dmg +250, critical rate 800/10000,
chi att rating 8%

Prince Xiamen
3. Slayer of Evil Prince - phy/chi def 350, speed 9%, dmg +280, critical rate 900/10000,
chi att rating 9%

King Liang
4. Kingslayer - phy/chi def 400, speed 10%, dmg +300, critical rate 1000/10000,
chi att rating 10%

As you can see these are going to be very popular for PvP players and warriors in particular will get a huge benefit from that CK defense number. In fact, most will be able to easily max CK defense without wasting a lot of chi points on Wisdom.
