This quest has been bugged for a long time, but one of our members showed me a work around today. Good work Elfy! This will help a lot of people.

You get this quest from "Wu Nong" in Fengwei, and he asks you to retrieve a family treasure from the Old Fengwei village. It's not an easy quest to begin with because there is one of those Sky Squadron mobs in that village, and at the time you get the quest that mob is still red to you. You have to search the grass shoots in the village and you normally get that treasure case fairly quickly. The problem now though, the grasses are missing from the village so you can't get the treasure case.

Well, there are grasses on the Hefei map in Strolling Valley. They are marked as "Green Orchid" but they will give you the treasure case. You can run back to Fengwei, complete the quest and continue on with the rest of the Road to Enlightenment quests.
