We have had to reform this league a few times, but usually only because a band goes quiet. If the bandmaster can't be found and almost no members of that band show up in chat we pretty much have to reform the league and look for a new band. We're still in that process with a new Heavenly Demon band. I've asked Bugly to lead that band and he is still having trouble finding his first few members, in order to start that band. The other reason to make a change is because some people are quite successful in the real world, and they may not have time to continue as a bandmaster. Today it was xenawarior's turn to admit that she had a real world challenge to meet. She has enrolled in a Master's Degree program in Mathematics. That gives new meaning to the words, "Go Xena, Go...".

Xena made it easy on me though, and found her own successor, and I would never disagree with the choice. AraiYuzuki has been with us on and off for a long time, but she likes to PvP so it would be difficult to have her as a bandmaster in a play-for-fun league. Fortunately Arai has a strong hybrid character that she plays as well and is well suited to taking over the IRENIA band. So please join me in welcoming YukikoGER as the newest bandmaster and sub-Master of the Disconnected League.

She's got some big shoes to fill, but I'm sure she'll do well, and I know she'll have our full support. "Go Yukiko, Go...".
