Yay, we got our pumpkin hats again and there are some nice stats on them too. They're worth to use and it's a simple quest from Wan Daye to get one. It's funny though, a lot of people are complaining about this event. There are people who would complain about the claws if you gave them a kitten.

All of the mobs on all maps also have a chance to drop candles and pumpkins, but the drop rate is low. You can trade those items with the hat maker for the same Halloween sweets that we got last year. There is a new item too, a Halloween Mask. It's permanent and tradeable and take the place of your hat on your character equipment screen. The mask isn't quite as useful as the pumpkin hat and if you normally wear one of the designer set of clothes it's not worth to use at all. Still it's not bad for new players and I'm sure we'll see some noob nukers wearing one for the extra speed effect.


I've got my brain eating pumpkin hat and I'm happy. Of course, I'm a warrior with little to no brains to begin with, so my hat is probably going to starve to death.
