Here are the Quests in Datong. They are from RC12-FD7.
Relics of the Clan of Four Gods
When you finished your plates (just keep doing quest in Shi Zhang and Hefei, some of those quests will give you part of the plates), you will get this quest in Hefei. Talk to the person to start a series of quest to get your first useful epithet. He is near the southwest exit of the Hefei Marketplace.
These are where the plates can be gotten:
1. First Plate can be gotten from your starting town. A quest series title “Ten Years of Peace (I-IV)”
2. Second Plate is from Shi Zhang in Laogou Village. The quest series is either “Red Silk Dress (I-II)” or “The Golden Armor (I-II)”.
3. Thrid Plate is from Hefei. The quest series is “Mindful Son (I-III)”.
4. Fourth Plate is from Shi Zhang in Xuanshe Village. (I forgot the quest name but it is from a lady. The first part is to find her dead fiancee or something. Second is to get something from the black stump. Third is to kill Irongut the Giant.)
The Relics of Four Gods’ Clan I & II
Part I is pretty easy. Just “speak” to the Mysterious Statue, then turn around and speak with Duanmu Pishan who you met in Hefei.
Part II is to kill a Bloodtheif Disciple to get a key (you may have to kill a few). “Talk” to the Mysterious Statue to finish your quest.

Talk to the ChangQiu village chief to start the quest. Kill 5 Lightning Shadow Disciples to finish it.
