Patch 114

Patch 114 only deals with Tibet. Grinders can no longer grind on blue mobs in Tibet and get their normal level of experience. Nothing else has changed.

Trust Acclaim to "fix" a problem that doesn't affect 95% of the player/customer base.

Chief, look at it this way. There is a DB already in game. If they continued, some people would have level capped already. >.>

they= 1 DB player (and another one on the way,nirvana's)
other than that, people will cap it anyways..take that DB player in example from H12 to DB1 in 3 weeks?
acclaim will have to pull a rabbit out of their hats in order to maintain the player's demands.
