Compensation for Disconnection

Today [GM]Fugen announced a new weekend extended xp event to compensate for various problems in the game lately, including a 12 hour black out on all three servers, and of course this extended disconnection event that some people are still experiencing. I can't tell you how things are for me now, I'm on vacation, but because we're almost done our diving for this trip I jumped online to see what has been going on.

I sent [GM]Fugen a pm almost immediately explaining that yet another xp event is pretty much useless. It would be just one more event that I can't play, and thank you very much...

He pm'ed me back almost immediately and said that I should file a compliant with the support team and they would compensate me with either items, or coins. At this point all I want is a 30 day premium package to make up for what I lost from my 90 package that has been running all this time.

I would suggest that no matter what experience events are being offered as compensation, if you have lost premium account items because of the disconnection problem, you should file a complaint for a replacement of those items. Acclaim won't replace them if you don't complain directly.

And now, back to my vacation...

Good luck with having your ticket answered. My 2 month-old coin related is still "high priority"...
