They weren't supposed to be given out, and Acclame wants them back

Here is the post on their forum, and I suggest you follow the instructions fairly carefully. I have done that with my accounts, including the storage accounts.

These pricks are blaming us for taking advantage of their mistake, after giving us a number of coin mall events by way of Twitter. What I really object to is the tone being used by TheHermit and [GM]Fugen. We didn't make this mistake, we just did what all gamers do, and took advantage of a coin mall event.

just taking a break from the game and already something happened lol typical acclaim, for the good side I am not included in this mess, this is the cherry on the top of the pie, :)) things will go really down from here.

OMG, Guys I just read this post. I quit 9Dragons long time ago, but I still follow up on ur blogs.... Isn't it time for u guys to quit this game and go for a game that values their customers... I am surprized you are not fed up with 9Dragons yet, or actually more correctly from Acclaim. A while ago I wanted to log in again and check on my friends and I forgot the password, I went into their site and made 3 forgot passwords and I never received those damned emails... I had to contact support and they thought my account was hacked. Several attempts later, they kind of understood that it is just a forgotten password problem. I swear sometimes, if monkeys were replaced for acclaim staff you would get better service...
Try jade dynasty, it is a wonderful game with above average IQ support...
