I'm really curious who's gonna stop the "psychotics" from using Venom outside the event time and what the GMs are gonna do about it if they do.

The best part will be, when leagues or people "pay" the Dark Hermit grind mofo if he/she kills this or another person. Like ghostbuster, just in different characters and reversed role.

But indeed, killing a person is okay - even when the one is grinding. There is no problem with it. Killing somebody with venom poison that they loose blood count and exp is "killing costumers" in the easiest and fastest way.
As long as those participating people pay enough for the stacks of exp cards there won't be any change as much as you try and as good & constructive your may be.

Day after day the rest of my hope in a soonish improvement goes to zero.

yeah, i see where you're coming from and i'm with you here. people winning a grinding contest may very well be no-lifers. or on their holidays, or temporarily off-work because of whatever reason. doesn't matter - a) players should never have vgm powers, not even for an event, as this can be exploited, and after all, they're just "people on the internet"; b) still, you shouldn't use the "borderline psychotic" term, unless you're a psychiatrist, and then, you surely wouldn't want to risk a remote analysis like this.

well, simply wanting that "prize" means to be somewhat disturbed. the only purpose of that ueberchar is to make life unpleasant for the rest of players - it's in his "job description". while on a similar event, VGMs were not allowed to grief, who will keep an overcompensating kid from doing it? it must be that GMs have better things to do... like answering mails written to support for instance.

then this means that they an spawn TGWs everywhere, kill everyone and make acclaim loose money. there comes accLAME again ftw. they will probably loose many players if they kill everyone they see. If they go to icy, then he can kill and kill all the time, and make some high lvls loose exp if they don't get ressed or having the ress tablet. The immortal thing is a better thing but this sucks balls.

Heh, got lucky. Landed in Dark Hermit's arms at a SrS respawn but jumped off to Icy anyway. Nice exp though. A pity with the LD restart and a mass dc on the map at some point. I could've used those minutes :P

Clarification tho:
Some people obviously will abuse the venom skill.. Either way they could have done this event with a GM on the DarkHermit as done before, it is announced and is play at your own risk.. I try to not kill the same people 2 days in a row. We do not have any VGM powers. We have the venom skill.
We won a few boss spawns which a GM has to attend to spawn the bosses we cannot just randomly spawn TGW on our own.
