When we had our great Bardo Server Outage a couple of weeks ago with Patch 99, on Christmas Eve, I was left with not much to do. As I said then, this wasn't a particularly nice Christmas for my wife and I. I was looking around for something to do.

I thought just for the heck of it I would start a new character on Asura!

I've been meaning to do so for a while now, just to see for myself how it really is on that server, and now that I've been there for a couple of weeks I can tell you that I've given up, and I'm not going back.

Everything is fine up to the FD1 levels, because on the black side anyway you can grind to at least FD2 on the Shi Zhang map. After that you have to move to the Datong map, and after that you are at the mercy of the random PK players. Let me tell you this about that, FUCK THAT!

I am not going to pay money to play a game where I can be randomly targeted by some asshole. Why should I pay for premium, or XP cards, just to have that asshole disrupt my game playing experience? I'm an experienced gamer, and an experienced player in the 9D world, but I'm done with Asura.

I have a few things to give away, and to give back to the league I met on Asura. I'm glad I didn't spend more coins on this failure, but that's what it was, a failure.

DiaoMei, DrBot, ElDuce, and the rest? We will make places for you if would like to come to Bardo. I know a number of you live in Europe too. All are welcome, and if you have to start a new character, we can supply you with all the stuff you need.

Uhmm... Black Clans, anyway...
