Epic Fail (again)

Ok, I got one good weapon today, a WD GB level Bracers that are now +7 still with full hardness. That is the sort of thing I would expect when spending real world money on refining materials or anything else from the coin mall. I'll post that image soon when I talk about the build I'm using on my nuker.

For now I want to rant about a spear that I had high hopes for. That spear to the left is only +4, despite the fact that I spent over 40 euros worth of coins to make it a 3 slot weapon and protect it with scales. I even got goodgrrrl to do the refining for me because she has maxed the 5% refining mastery. That spear failed 3 times in a row at +5!

We can talk about Acclaim customer service, but this comes down to customer experience, and who in the right mind is going to spend real money for this sort of random epic fail? That spear is absolutely worthless and I'm not going to spend more money on it. I don't know who would.

Something has to be done about the refinement rates in this game, particularly if Acclaim expects that we should spend money on unrefined weapons. The other option is to make that jade separator usable on refined weapons.

I totally agree with you on this. I had a hermit weapon GL12. It failed twice to make it +5 so It became worthless and I stopped refining it. On another HM6 sword, I added a Jade and a tear and 4 scales so far only to fail 4 times so far and It is stuck at +7. and I already wrote an email to acclaim about our bad customer experience and I was blunt and told them that I will not be spending any more money on refinement material, because it is becoming like "throwing away" money and not spending money.

Well i will share my story too.
I bought a bracers for 2.5 billion
and thought i cud refine it but alas that was not possible as " Weapons can be applied scale tear only once."
Going by this rule the chances of refining a weapon to high lvl is extremely rare.
Consider this:
-- U make a weapon 4 slot by spending over 2k coins.
-- Then add scales tears (5/5) max
-- and u will usually fail 5 times by +8 if lucky as BD/WD weapons have pathetic rate of refinement
So i say high lvl weapons will soon disappear from game and this is main reason for the increase in the price of BE.

As one would need a weapon with hardness left on it to make a high refined weapon hence they will use more BE than ever before cuz even if they r ready spend real money they just cant make high refine weapon as it is not allowed cuz u "Can apply scales tears only once"
