This thing is without a doubt the most useless item that I've seen in this game. Just for starters the description is wrong. You can't use this thing to "create an attachment space", or as we usually say, "a slot".

It can only be used on a selected few weapons, the New or Blood Dragon weapons, and only when those weapons are not already refined, and if that weapon already has a couple of slots, you get a weapon back with only one slot.

This could be such a great item, even if it was a really rare drop. We all have a favorite weapon, and we would all love to add slots, particularly now that we've got some useful ornaments that could be attached. But no, that might be useful and fun, so Acclaim isn't going let us do that.

"and if that weapon already has a couple of slots, you get a weapon back with only one slot."

that's not right...
0slot -> 1slot
1slot -> 1slot
2slots -> 2slots

I stand corrected, but they are still useless.

some ppl prefer non-slotted or 1slotted weaps, because they are easier to refine.
so i don't think the ability to make a 1slotted weap is useless.

hopefully the 2, 3 and 4slot separators of the other 9d versions are coming soon.

since the infinite 3 and 4slot separators will be item mall most likely, most ppl will use 2slot weaps.

btw... i would rather waste a 1slot than a 2slot separator for combining a weap that already has 2 slots

ps: things are not useless just because YOU don't have a use for them

I have a rather nicely refined weapon, and I would like to add 4 slots to that weapon.

I can't do that, and so, this is still a useless item in the game.
