I was getting confused running around in this area, partly because it looked to me like there weren't any mobs, but I didn't really want stop moving either. RedCross sent me a link to this map, and it's really useful. First of all it shows you how to get to the Icy Map gate, and I have a quest to do there.

This close up also shows where the mobs are, in black, and how to work your way towards the boat. That's another good thing, because I have a quest to do there too. And lastly, there is one of the worlds nastiest bosses down in those docks. If you've ever fought Wild Hands on the Shi Zhang map, you know what a Nerve Pulse can do. I hate that effect!
