Patch 75 (and 76)

Well, I'll give Acclaim credit for a few things. When it comes to selling items in the coin mall that don't work? They can get a patch out in a few hours. The new experience cards now work, according to those who have them. I'm not buying them at these prices.

A stack of 50 of these cards, or enough for 25 hours of 2xp, is about the same price as a 90 day premium package and you get +20% xp from a 90 day package. If you play regularly and can take advantage of xp events, party grinding, and your game knowledge, the 90 day premium package is a far better deal in terms of leveling your characters.

In other news, the "attack rating system" has been fixed and now the "miss rate" in PvP play only applies to players trying to hit higher level characters. Nukers no longer rule in Bloody Plains. Higher level characters won't often miss you, if you decide to bother them. Bloody Plains now belongs to the players who have done the grind, and earned their way in.

One side effect of that? Speed clothes were for sale all over Hefei yesterday. I think there are quite a number of alt-char nukers who won't be playing for a while until the players figure out how to grind them.

Otherwise, it's pretty much the same. Go out and grind, and wait for sale prices on the new experience cards.

Update: Patch 76 came out this morning with a fix for the new LD dungeon, not that many of us will be playing there any time soon.
