Yesterday's event was a bit of a nasty mess. I don't know how Acclaim manages to shoot themselves in the foot like this, but I sure wish they could get their act together. Honestly, rather than bringing out new games like Spellborn, which looks good by the way, perhaps Acclaim could put some time and effort into their current games and server load.



Anyway, we're getting a compensation event today, if the servers can stay online. The announcement said 3x normal experience at the usual time of 1600gmt, for two hours. Yesterday, once we got the event, it ran much longer than 2 hours so there is hope it will run longer today as well.

I'm going to take a few of these new experience cards out of my inventory and grind like a maniac on my SpearDriver character. I should be able to pick up two levels today, and let me tell you, it's been a long time since I did that with SpearDriver.

If you've got skills to work on, today would be a good time to do that too. I'll open up the donor account probably about an hour before the scheduled event, in case anyone needs anything.
