I just bought two of the 10-packs of these experience cards. A 10-pack now sells for 600 coins and I just happened to have 1200 coins leftover, so it was a good time to use them. I'll probably only use these cards on my main character SpearDriver, and only during a good lucky cricket event.

That character now grinds for about 8% per hour, so a 3x lucky cricket event and these cards should get me 48% per hour, and even more in a party grind. I should easily level up just in one, 2-hour event. A really nice 4x event would be a miracle, but we can always hope.
