In the past I've had problems with a couple of bugged quests, and sometimes you just can't get rid of an item from your bag, no matter how hard you try. For example, there is a lowby party quest where you can get rid of the "old pouch". You know, the one you get from the old man, for running back and forth in Datong?

The party quest to get rid of the pouch is worth doing. You get a pretty nice ring in exchange that is useful to a lowby character, except that half the time that party quest is bugged and you can't complete it and you wind with a book or the pouch still in your bag.

You can get rid of stuff like that by taking a screen shot of the item in your bag. You send an email to 9dsupport@acclaim.com with that screen shot attached to the email. You'll have to include your account name, character name (even though they can get that from the screen shot), and short request asking them to remove the item you want gone.

I've done this a couple of times and the request is usually handled in a few hours time.

A few of you probably have a few extra pumpkins in the bag. Just send an email, and the support people will take care of it.
